PARQ CITY APARTMENTS
This ideally located apartment block in Lynnwood Glen is designed with young professionals and students in mind. It will comprise 60 units, including studios, as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom for every room.
To ensure an aesthetically pleasing design within the given budget, we opted for timeless architectural features, finishes, and colours, rather than focusing on fleeting trends. Clean lines define various textured sections of the facade, with designated areas for creeping plants and feature walls incorporating textured brickwork.
A key requirement from the client was to emphasize greenery, making the preservation of as many existing trees as possible a priority in the design.
