Moreleta Plaza is one of the busiest neighborhood shopping centers in the East of Pretoria. It sits n the corner of the busy Garsfontein and Rubenstein streets and serves some of the wealthier neighbrhoods of Pretoria. The client requested a design proposal that would bring the building up to the standard that suites the neighborhood. In response we designed a more pedestrian friendly parking lot  that connected to the taxi drop-off and pick-up point. On outside of the building, a neat comfortable continuous walkway was added that connected to the central square. This square was designed to be welcoming and alive with activity as shoppers are welcomed with a lush garden space and the smell and bustle of restaurant activity.
