This Parktown building was due for an upgrade, the client wanted an exterior facelift for the building  without interfering with their tenants. In response we designed an innovative mechanical façade system that would adjust with the angle of the sun. The twisting vertical louvres could open up to allow midday sun into the lower levels or could close to block late afternoon or early morning sun. The end result is a beautiful, elegant fin made of fabric.
